Omnichannel

Basic Pass + Gold Pass

The Omni-Channel Challenge

Managed by: José Carlos Cortizo (BrainSINS)

Traditional commerce can’t evolve without a multi-channel digital strategy. Across the world a digital revolution is taking place, connecting physical spaces with virtual worlds. This link is now invisible for consumers and it hopes to communicate with brands from any device or space.

This channel integration is a challenge that shops need to respond to. In this track, we will talk to international experts from the more mature markets in multi-channel strategies and the most innovative companies.
