Juan Pablo Puerta is considered to be one of the leading voices in Internationalization. He is currently Director of Engineering and International markets at Soundcloud, the leading independent audio and music distribution service. His work focused on the intersection between bottom-up innovation, society and technology.

Previously to his work at Soundcloud, he directed the international expansion of Etsy, the prime peer to peer global marketplace for handmade goods; Craigslist, the most important online classifieds in the World, and Yahoo! Search.

He is currently based in San Francisco, California and Berlin, Germany.
